Catherine Kelly

Catherine was appointed a PFH Co-opted Committee Member in July 2023 and is a member of our Audit and Risk and Governance and Remuneration Committees.

Catherine brings extensive knowledge and experience to her role having worked in the social housing sector for over 20 years and has been Head of Legal and Governance for Acis Group Limited since 2017.

Catherine has also been a Non-Executive Director of Chartford Housing Ltd since 2021 and joined the board of Governors and Foundation Trust for Sir John Nelthorpe School in Brigg in July 2023.
