Andy Micklethwaite

Andy, a professionally qualified accountant and company secretary, joined the Board of Directors in September 2023 and is the Chair of our Audit and Risk Committee.

Andy is the Chair and Owner of a property investment company, Chair of a marketing agency and governor of an FE college.

Andy has extensive experience of Chair and CEO roles in multiple organisations in the private and public sectors and has previously held roles as the Chair of the Audit Committee and Finance & Resources Committee for the Leeds Trinity University.
