The role of the Resident Led Scrutiny Panel is to scrutinise the performance and service delivered by PFH from the perspective of residents.

This is undertaken using a task and finish model with each review last around 12 weeks, following which a draft report is created which includes recommendations for PFH to consider. These recommendations are taking to Resident Committee and the Board level for approval, with scrutineers having the opportunity to present their findings.

PFH then commits to keeping good communication with scrutineers until all the recommendations are completed.

Reviews are undertaken in a task and finish approach lasting around 12 weeks, therefore during the period of the review, there will be multiple meetings during this time, it is important scrutineers committing to the reviews are able to dedicate the time, meetings will be arranged in advance.
