The role of the Resident Led Scrutiny Panel is to scrutinise the performance and service delivered by PFH from the perspective of residents.

This is undertaken using a task and finish model with each review taking around 12 weeks, following which a draft report is created containing recommendations for consideration. These recommendations are considered by the Resident Committee and the Board for approval, with scrutineers having the opportunity to present their findings.

PFH commits to maintaining communication with scrutineers on the recommendations until completion.

Reviews are undertaken in a task and finish approach lasting around 12 weeks, therefore during the period of the review, there will be multiple meetings during this time, it is important scrutineers committing to the reviews are able to dedicate the time, meetings will be arranged in advance.
