The Resident Health and Safety Forum is a group that meets three times per year and provides resident insight and co-design of key Health and Safety Principles.

This includes areas such as fire safety, water hygiene, lift safety, gas and electricity safety and asbestos management.

Their role at PFH

The group ensure that our services are meeting the needs of residents and that they can share the resident perspective on these issues with us, whilst ensuring residents are suitably considered in the designing of our properties, neighbourhoods, policies and procedures around health and safety. Outside of meetings, the group are invited to review key policies impacting the health and safety of residents, contractors, and staff.
