These 20, one and two-bedroom bungalows (including one disabled bungalow) are set back in a residential area off Abbey Street, Holderness Road. These properties are close to amenities on Holderness Road and are approximately one mile away from the city centre. Communal gardens are maintained, and residents can opt into a service to have their private gardens maintained too. Residents can choose to have a 24 hour emergency call service if they so wish.
