Pickering and Ferens Homes (PFH) is pleased to announce that it has once again met the highest standards of governance and financial viability, following an assessment by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH).

The latest regulatory judgement confirms that PFH has retained its G1 (compliant) governance rating, meaning it continues to meet the regulator’s governance requirements. Additionally, PFH has maintained its V1 (compliant) viability rating, demonstrating that it has the financial strength to withstand a wide range of potential challenges.

The stability check and regulatory activity conducted by the RSH provide assurance that PFH remains a well-governed and financially robust organisation, committed to delivering high-quality housing and services to its residents.

The official Regulatory Judgement was published on the Regulator of Social Housing website on Wednesday 15 January.
