STEP 1
Slice the brussel sprout using mandoline, set aside
STEP 2
Wash the sliced brussel sprout, and let it dry with a vegetable drier
STEP 3
Mix brussel sprout, lemon juice, walnut, dried berries, and cheese into a bowl and toss it
STEP 4
Drizzle with olive oil
