Collection methodThe PFH Board were keen for our TSM feedback to provide independent assurance of resident experience. The rationale for selecting 100% telephone sampling was to achieve a cost-effective method of obtaining a representative sample, and also gain a better insight into issues driving those experiences with the ability to understand and learn from general experiences at the end.
