We believe that our staff deserve to be treated fairly and with respect, free from intimidation, harassment, and threating behaviour.
Aggressive, violent, or abusive behaviour as well as any forms of sexual harassment will not be tolerated and will be dealt with in line with our policies and procedures.
If you witness an act or conversation which you perceive to be harassment or bullying, consider whether you feel able to raise this problem informally with the person responsible, or speak to the person you feel is being subjected to the behaviour for their views. If you don’t feel able to do so, you should speak to your Scheme Manager, your Line Manager or Human Resources.
